  • Provide and maintain the My Accounts Today service
  • Authenticate your identity and secure your account
  • Process and store your financial data locally and in the cloud (Cloud-PRO users)
  • Provide customer support when needed
  • Improve our application and develop new features
  • Send important service updates and security notifications

3. Data Storage and Security

Your financial data security is our top priority:

  • Lite & Mobile-PRO: Data stored locally on your device only
  • Cloud-PRO: Data encrypted and stored securely in the cloud with bank-level security
  • All data transmissions use HTTPS encryption
  • We never sell, rent, or share your financial data with third parties
  • Regular security audits and updates to protect your information

4. Google Drive Integration (Cloud-PRO)

For Cloud-PRO users who enable Google Drive backup:

  • We access only the specific backup files we create in your Google Drive
  • No access to other files, emails, or personal documents
  • You can revoke this permission at any time through your Google account settings
  • Backup files are encrypted before being stored in your Google Drive

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Access, update, or delete your personal information
  • Export your financial data at any time
  • Delete individual financial accounts and their transaction history through the Edit Account modal
  • Opt out of non-essential communications
  • Delete your account and all associated data through Settings → Account → Delete My Account
  • Revoke Google OAuth permissions through your Google account

6. Third-Party Services

My Accounts Today integrates with:

  • Google OAuth: For secure authentication (Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy)
  • Google Drive API: For Cloud-PRO backup features (optional)
  • Vercel: For website hosting and performance
  • Railway: For backend services and data processing

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

  • Account information: Until you delete your account
  • Financial data: Until you delete individual records or your account
  • Usage logs: Up to 12 months for security and improvement purposes
  • Deleted data: Permanently removed within 30 days

8. Children's Privacy

My Accounts Today is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
